Sign a contract only after consultation - WHY? Why do you need a consultation before signing a contract if you have already decided to apply for PR?
In order to sign a contract to represent you in your PR application I need.
- to determine which immigration program you are eligible to apply for (sometimes there may be several)
- to know 100% that you meet the requirements of this program
- to know that you have the necessary documents to apply for this program or are able to obtain them
- to know your family size and whether all family members are applying for permanent residence with you
- to know whether you meet federal security requirements (no criminality) and are not represent the financial burden for Canadian healthcare system (you do not have diseases that require expensive treatment)
WHY do YOU need the consultation?
- lack of one or multiple necessary documents will make you ineligible to apply for the program you want to
- you may NOT know all the hidden facts, details and pitfalls of the program you want to apply for, during the consultation I always check them
- all these details, including your family size, give will help me to calculate how much time it will take me to process and submit it, how simple or complex the file is, and consequently to determine the price for my services if I take it.
For the reasons above, I cannot sign a contract without an initial consultation with a potential client, since it is simply unprofessional to rely on the words of clients without documentation which proves the eligibility
