TIER 4: Highly in Demand and Critically Needed - LOW Skilled:
- Home Care Aides, Family Assistants, and Similar Personnel
- Specialized Livestock Workers and Agricultural Machinery Operators
TIER 5: Highly Demand and Critically Needed - UNskilled:
- Bartenders, Waiters, Cooks' Assistants, and Similar Support Personnel
- General Harvest Laborers
- General Nursery and Greenhouse Laborers
- General Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Laborers
‼As a reminder, the basic requirements for these specialists to register with ARRIMA are:
- 2 years of work experience, including one year in Quebec
- French level 5-speaking, written not required
- French level 4-speaking for a spouse
Of course, the higher the better, since the system is point-based!
