The program will open on the 11th of each month (starting from June 11) and will close once the monthly quota is reached. The number of applications in the quota has not been specified yet, meaning selection will be based on the "first come, first served" principle.
From my experience, I can foresee some difficulties that may arise during this application process:
- The server might crash (this has happened quite often)
- You might be logged out of the browser frequently and will need to log in again
- The submission process might move very slowly from one page to another, and you might encounter errors or a "server is not responding" message, requiring you to reload the page
- Some browsers may work better or worse than others
If you don't manage to apply on June 11, it's okay—you can apply again in the next 30 days.
Prepare all the documents according to the checklist and complete the application itself.
