Passport Service begins operating in Toronto (Ontario, Canada) in a test mode from November 24^th, 2025.

The State Enterprise "Document" announces the launch of a new separate unit in Toronto, Ontario.

The opening of the branch was made possible thanks to the support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the State Migration Service of Ukraine and with the assistance of the Consulate General of Ukraine in Toronto. Our common goal is to ensure the most comfortable and affordable processing of necessary passport documents for citizens of Ukraine living in Canada.

To provide services, we have placed mobile software and hardware complexes (specially equipped white minibuses with the "Passport Service" logo) at the address:

97 Six Point Rd, Etobicoke, ON M8Z 2X3.

ATTENTION: citizens are accepted by appointment only.

Please note that at the initial stage of work (in test mode), applications will be processed only by prior registration in the electronic queue, which can be made on the official website of the State Enterprise "Document".

IMPORTANT: payment methods.

At the moment, payment for the company's services is made by providing a Money Order for the amount of the company's services.

List of services available in Toronto:

issuance and exchange of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine in the form of an ID card;
issuance and exchange of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad (including replacing a lost or stolen one);
exchange of a passport book of the 1994 model for a modern ID card (upon request or in case of unsuitability of the document).

Working hours:

Monday - Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00 (local time).
