The Canadian Immigration Department (IRCC) has issued 4,500 invitations for permanent residency (PR) through Express Entry.
These invitations were sent to individuals with a strong knowledge of the French language, specifically level 7 or higher.
To qualify for this draw, candidates needed a CRS score of just 410.
In 2025, Canada is prioritizing those already living in the country and Francophones—both within Canada and abroad.
This is the second Francophone draw, following 6,500 invitations on February 19. The key immigration priorities for this year include French speakers, healthcare, construction, and education.
410 CRS points is a low requirement! If you speak both English and French and have at least one year of work experience (whether in Canada or abroad), you may already qualify for PR.
